1. The "Zero-Storage" Principle
We believe your usage data belongs to you. Timesharp is designed as a client-side application.
- No Database Storage: When you input dates, times, or durations, this data is processed exclusively within your web browser using temporary memory (RAM).
- No Transmission: Your specific calculations (e.g., "Add 3 years to today") are never sent to, stored on, or analyzed by our servers. The math happens locally on your device.
- Volatile Data: We do not use Cookies to save your calculation history. All input data is permanently erased the moment you refresh the page or close the tab.
2. Anonymous Usage Analytics
While we do not track what you calculate, we do track how the website performs to identify bugs and improve user experience. We use the following third-party services:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): Collects anonymous data such as page views, device type, and general geographic location (country/city level). We have enabled IP Anonymization.
- Vercel Analytics: Helps us monitor site speed and performance vitals (Core Web Vitals) to ensure the calculator loads instantly.
You can opt-out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
3. Transparency & Trust
Timesharp is an independent utility tool. To maintain objectivity and trust:
- We do not display intrusive third-party advertisements.
- We do not sell user behavior data to third parties.
- We do not require you to create an account to use the tools.
4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Under global privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you have rights regarding your personal data. However, because Timesharp does not collect Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, emails, or calculation logs, we hold no data to "export" or "delete" upon request.
If you contact us via email, we will use your email address solely to reply to your inquiry.
