Timesharp
Terms of Use

Last Updated: December 29, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Timesharp ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. The Service is provided as a free utility for educational and personal use.

2. Accuracy of Calculations

Timesharp strives for mathematical precision. Our algorithms account for leap years, varying month lengths, and standard calendar rules. However, software is not infallible.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You should not rely exclusively on this tool for mission-critical scheduling, legally binding deadlines, or financial time-limitations without secondary verification. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

3. Intellectual Property

The visual design, branding, and specific code implementation of Timesharp are the property of the site owners. While the Gregorian calendar logic is public domain, you agree not to scrape, copy, or mirror the specific interface or automated functionality of this website for commercial purposes without permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIMESHARP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MISSED DEADLINES, SCHEDULING ERRORS, OR DATA LOSS) RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
